Terms & Conditions of Payment:

• CHECK-IN: 15:00PM.
• CHECK-OUT: 11:00AM.
• Reservation deposit: 30% of total amount for the property (down to book).
• Balance Payment: 70% of total amount for the property (on the day of arrival).
• Early check in or late check-out possible depending on availability.
• For guest's comfort, luggage is allowed when arrival is early or if late departure.
